    I tried 3 in the past. Split looked like this:
    Back/bi's
    Chest/tri's
    Shoulders/legs.

    Always wondered why my shoulder/leg day was the worse. Dude, never mix legs with any other group. Now i stick to a 4 day split and its perfect. Do it like this and if you don't bs around with people in the gym you can be in and out in under an hour for the most part.
    I come from a time when nudes were allowed on the Misc.

    Three days is awesome schedulewise. The only downside for me is that the workouts are longer, pretty draining.

    2x a week if lucky. I just don't have the energy or time anymore. This is depressing because as a result I've lost like well over 10lbs+.
