I can squat my BW 3x5, but...
I still have ridiculous bird legs. My current BW is 215 and I can do this to parallel. I'm 6'4". How much do I have to squat to get these pieces of crap to grow!
Effed up part is if I sit down you can see the quads great at the knee, but standing up it's like I have no leg.
This is the one thing I hate about being tall. Makes leg day so hard to get through, feels like going through the motions even if str goes go up somewhat.

you should be able to squat more than your bodyweight man, keep the numbers going and they will grow.
im 165 but my squat is 235 2x5 and my quads are finally growing a little.

Yeah.... Lift heavier and eat more. That should help a bit. I would also deload a bit and go ass to ground, add 2.5-5lbs per workout, and your squats will go up. Work on that whole posterior chain.
