The Adonis Index Workout System
I have been working out for nearly 10 years now since 16 years of age. Just days ago I got to know about this new workout system called The Adonis Index which speaks of the right body shape one should have to achieve the ideal 1.6 ratio which is the golden ratio.
Your shoulder circumference divided by your waist circumference and if it totals 1.6 then you have an ideal body. And the workout system is to help you achieve this ratio. My ratio at the moment is 1.5, pretty close.
But that's not why I am posting this thread, I would like to ask if there is anyone here who has tried the Adonis Index Workout System. Any feedback? I was checking into their workout routine but to know any further than week 1 routine, requires payment. Even to register in their forum.
