Anytime i eat anything my stomach gets BLOATED and FAT
i wake up in the morning with a flat stomach besides lil stomach fat but not much
after i eat my stomach pops out like a bitch!

your always leaner in the morning caus theirs no food in your stomach.
if you get bloated,you can:
1.buy digestive enzymes/probiotics
2.eat calorie dense, low volume,easy digesting foods (nuts,fatty steaks,oils,bananas, salmon,eggs,whole milk,cheese)
and your 119, ill help u out since i was once 138 and wanted a six pack like it was gold.
1.stop worrying about a six pack for now
2. eat enough to gain .5lb to 1b a week
3. lift heavy ass weights. compound movements (start rippetoes or madcows)
4. once your 180lb+, cut 10-20lbs and enjoy being a freak of nature and shredded"Hard work dosent go unseen, unless hard work isnt present"

1 lb a week = .50-75 lbs of fat a week, at least. 0.5lb is ideal IMO, but muscle is not gained in a linear fashion at all.. you won't gain 0.25 lbs of muscle and 0.25 lbs of fat a week. one week you may blow up and gain a pound of muscle.. then over the next 3 weeks you may put on 3 lbs of fat.
it'd take him 2-3 years to bulk to 180.. that's not a reasonable goal to set at all IMO. he'd still be fat after it too.
bro don't worry about being a monster. lift like you want to be a monster.. being a 'monster' is almost entirely genetics/steroids. the older i get the more i understand what bodybuilding is all about.. it's about being the best you that you want to become. fukk the world and worry about accomplishing what you set out to accomplish.
some guys want to be the hulk.. other guys want to look like a fitness model. some even want to look like a fatass powerlifter. to each their own brahs. i'll offer you some advice though.. i'm older than most guys in the teen section so listen up if you want. i dicked around in the gym for a long time and i'm still not anywhere near where i wanna be.. because i'm lazy.
why just work on your arms and abs? you could make your arms and abs the primary focus of your workout.. but set your workout up in a manner that your other muscles will look good too. it'll make it overall a more appealing physique.. what i mean is this
do TONS of pullups, dips, shoulder presses, etc. squats will make your abs incredibly ripped. a legs/back themed program will accomplish your goals and make the rest of your physique look awesome.
example workout:
3 sets weighted pullups/chinups
3 sets BB rows
3 sets squats
5 sets bench press
3 sets shoulder press
3 days a week. You can work your abs in between sets or in between exercises. I'd suggest doing weighted ab exercises. follow that for 3-4 months and do your very best to increase weight every other workout and i promise you'll see progress towards your goals.Last edited by bmy-; 07-25-2010 at 10:52 PM.

Why are you on a bodybuilding website..
Stop worrying about 6 pack and eat, would you rather be swole with a set of ripped to shred abs and obliques or a skinny kid with a skinny pack?
I'm bloated to all hell all the time because of the amount of food I eat, you have to deal with it, it means your eating alot which is good.You can be as cold as the winter weather but I don't care as long as were together <3

haha, i hate squats sooo much. least favorite exercise. bench does work your abs a tiny bit but most importantly a built up chest will make your abs look more impressive/noticeable. any time you're under a weighted bar it's gonna be a fantastic ab exercise. work your squats and tense your abs up real tight.. you'll feel it.
wish i had a 24 hour gym.. all that rambling made me wanna workout.

So you go 4 days a week? I think it'd be cool if you set up your 'strength' workouts for your really heavy exercises on Mondays and Thursdays.. gives you alot of time to rest up and increase your strength (which will increase arm size, etc).
Basically go balls to the wall on Mondays and Thursdays.. your heavy core lifts. Bench Press, Squats, Rows, Pullups. On tuesday/wednesdays throw in your 'aesthetic' work.. your cardio, weighted abs, forearms, and any body part that you feel is lagging behind."Sa souvraya niende misain ye ...
