carrots offer alot of grams per serving so it will make you fuller, 14 carrots only 30 cals imagine eating x3 the serving but alot of people shun it because of sugars. Try out baby spinach i usually eat the whole bag only like 40-50 calories

Cottage cheese is good too 14g-100 cals

fruit, veggies, low fat cheeses, lean meats.

then again, foods that satisfy hunger don't satisfy cravings

Veggies are your friend, big man.
Broccoli, asparagus, green beans are probably the best that I haven't seen mentioned. Carrots and celery are good too.

1st off you wont be hungry on keto, if youre doing it right it should supress your appetite quite a bit.

And no such real food exists thats super low in calories and gives you that full feeling i dont think. its true vegetables and protein are low in calories compared to thier volume, but they wont "satisfy" you and be low in calories at the same time honestly, thats kinda impossible i think as ive tried it with everything lol.

Carrots have too many carbs if you're on a keto diet.

Stick with broccoli, cucumber, celery, cauliflower.

Most lean sources of protein (chicken breasts, turkey, tuna, salmon) are all relatively low in calories and keep you satiated.

I personaly was not very full while on ketosis. Plus all the fats can realy total up in calories. If your looking for something to fill your belly, try rice cakes. They are high in GI after their being processed, but a single rice cake (about the size of a burger patty) is only 8g carbs, and 1 protein (the ones i buy are). Throwing a couple of them down could help fill you up.

    Best of luck
