ok, i know we all have cheat meals, but i wanna know when people just have one of thoes days where you think fu$k it, im gonna eat everything in sight!
im posting this up to help out a friend who ate some bad stuff, but thinks no one esle goes through it! cheers guys

I go from 2,000 kcal to almost 8,000 on a cheat day and just eat everything around me, for example this is breakfast:
4 packs of oreo cookies = 1,500 kcal
3 eggs = 400 kcal
3 waffles w/honey glazed over them =800 kcal
1 protein shake with full fat milk = 400 kcal
Total- 3,100 kcal
its very easy to consume stupid amounts of calories when eating junk, but all gives you a kind of turtle belly roid look when your done, but Its away the next day, as long as your water intake and fiber are high.

theyre large duck eggs.
to the other guy I have my cheat day on a tuesday which in the u.k is buy one get one free dominos pizza, so I order 2x12" with all the trimmings that alone will amount to 2,000 kcal then the rest of the day is like hagan diazz ice cream, espresso with heavy cream etc, sugar puffs .

garlic bread
cherry coke
chicken bake
sausage bean and cheese melt

Breakfast: Jimmy Dean breakfast scrambler with biscuits/gravy.
Lunch: A few burgers off the grill (80/20 beef), with TWO slices of cheese each of course.
Dinner: Chophouse burger with a large fry from Whataburger. (2 patties, cheese, bacon, some special sauce concoction) So good.I won't stop.
