What do you guys eat at night?

I'm curious as to what kind of stuff you guys eat when you get hungry late at night. I have always heard to avoid Carbs in the evening. Everytime I go to the cabinets for a snack all I see is **** that is loaded with carbs. Looking for some suggestions.

Last night altough I had already reached my daily calorie and protein intake I started getting hungry while miscin. So I ate 3 meatballs with 3 whole eggs and 2 slices of bread. After that, a bowl of oats, mixed in the blender with a banana, one apple, some milk and a scoop of protein powder. 1 hour later got hungry again so ate two more meatballs with a two egg omelette and 2 slices of bread, but after that I had to go to sleep because it was too much already, altough I was still a bit hungry.

I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

Sometimes, I'll have a protein shake. Most nights, I just ignore the hunger pangs after dinner - because I know I've eaten enough. I'll drink green tea, and maybe have a piece of dark chocolate.

I usually do Casein+milk right before bed, but sometimes I'll eat a meal. Last night I had a pound of brown rice (cooked - 1.5 cups), and a serving of baked chicken. Twas quite delectable.

I might have had two beers. Maybe.

I dominate like 4-6 kroger carbmaster yogurts every night with about a cup of frozen blueberries. Those things are amazing and addicting.

I come across the same problem at night and I don't wanna eat heavy so I go with almonds and milk or peanut butter (organic) and milk or a casien shake or cottage cheese.

I'm cutting so not a lot, but usually like a popsicle or freezee and a bag of popcorn and probably a protein shake. I eat a good 50-100g of carbs late at night

if you're going to be relatively inactive later on in the day, stick with low-gi carbs, or vegetables. of course combine this with a lean protein source and remember to eat some slower-digesting protein (maybe with some fat to slow digestion) right before bed.
