So I only had 10 minutes while at work to eat and the closest place was Mds. Should I have just ate nothing at all or was MDs chill if it was just for today?

Get a salad and a quarter pounder (or double qp) without a bun. These foods are processed, but fit keto macros fairly well. It is ok to have some fast food on occasion.Originally Posted by jaredmb05

A simple hamburger isn't too bad just take off a bun or two if you want to lower the carb and calories in that meal or have a grilled chicken something and take everything off so it's just a grilled chicken breast

Ever since I started eating healthier, McD's will make me physical sick afterwards, so I avoid it at all costs. You gotta eat to grow though, and if its all you can get just make sure to pick the best options.

if your goals right now are mass gain then skipping meals is the last thing you wanna do IMO...food, although sometimes of low quality can still provide a decent substitute in terms of macros...i always get 2 grilled chicken snack wraps and just toss one of the wraps and have one double chicken...i usually go with honey mustard on it...hell when in rome!
