Hi I recently got gynecomastia from using over the counter supplements like Tbomb...and my chest/breast have gotten slightly bigger but enough to make me want to keep my shirt on and avoid the beach. What happen was as i was taking Tbomb 2 I had to have surgery half way through and had to stop lifting all together. This was about 2 years ago...I have been going at it back and forth with my doctor about what can I do about the size...he is convinced it will go away on its own and states that the glands have reduced or is not there anymore...this is my regular doctor so I am not sure of his level of expertise on the subject. I was curious because I did some reading about Tamoxifen in Nolvadex reversing Gynocomastia and i wanted to know everyones opinion on it from real people who really tried it and whether or not it worked and side effects! ok thanks for your time

hmmm
yeah sorry I do not have to much knowledge on supplements...well my doctor explained to me that it was a minor case of gynecomastia I was taking Musclemilk 3-4 times a day Tbomb2 NO2 black Cell Tech and Anabolic Halo before i had the surgery. At that time I was under the impression that Tbomb was the only hormonal thing...When I was in High School I was really over weight and had a fat chest then I was 5'4" and weigh in about 215lbs at the time then I lost down to 155lbs through cardio and got into lifting went to 185lbs and took a lot of supplements but everything was over the counter and mostly protein/creatine/preworkouts/NOproducts and I did a month of Tbomb 2 then went about 2-3 month break from Tbomb and took another bottle and thats when I had to have surgery and had to stop lifting...after the surgery I still took the Tbomb2 to preserve whatever I could until I got back in the gym...the growth in my chest/boob area was very slow and made me think it was just fat then when I went to the doctor about it he told me it was gynecomastia...at present I am at 203 lbs and lost my motivation to lift like I use to, but I want to get into other sports for recreation and stay somewhat fit...well if I just have Fat in my chest area won't the nolva remove that to? I cardio quite often basketball maybe 2-3 times a week and a lot of running...and the boob size remains the same. well again any opinions on nolva or any other methods of reducing/curing is greatly appreciated. And I did search a lot on the internet and a lot of people think that it is only curable to surgery but I also read about nolvadex and tamoxifen and a few others. Ok thanks for your time!

all signs point to listen to your doctor, he seems like he knows what he is talking about.
5'4" @ 203 - I can see what you mean when you say you do cardio and stay fit, but im going to go out on a limb here and say Tamoxifen isnt going to get rid of your man boobs, sounds like a little more treadmill and a little less jelly donut will help you acheive your desired goals.brb - playing Call of Duty, Black Ops

yeah only now after posting with you guys I kinda thinking about that...well I don't eat any donuts...I got a good question though should I stick to low fat or low carbs? Recently i have been sticking to low fat...but I don't eat ALOT of bad carbs mostly whole grain probably cereal is the most simple sugar i get but I eat that in the morning anyway.

There is nothing is TBomb that is going to give you gyno. I would get a second opinion. With your weight history you may have pseudo gyno which seems to be more probable. An operation still might be helpful but before I did that I would loose back down to the prior low and tone up the chest well. At that time you can judge with an opinion from a specialist.
There are some good threads here about gyno - some with videos. Some of those threads have MD's contributing that specialize in treating gyno.

Yeah it can go away, but for me, at least, the only option was surgery...i didnt feel a thing, went in the morning, was out 4 hrs later...outpatient procedure..worst thing bout it was not being able to lift for half a month until it healed, but it gave me a nice rest from the gym! kinda steep in the price though, as my health insurance didnt consider it a "health risk" to have gyno, so it didnt cover it....damn HMOs...
I must say, in my case surgery was the only option, and I am really glad I did it, the boost in my self esteem after i saw the results of the surgery was OUT THE ROOF! It was amazing how I felt when the bandages came off and I saw the results, my doctor was also great about it, he really did an outstanding job, cant even see a scar now!
regardless, getting back to the topic, from what I've heard, tbomb II won't give you gyno...i hope so at least as I am considering starting on tbomb soon!M.
Goal: Build muscle! I would like to get my weight up to 190 by Christmas.
Keep bodyfat low.
