This is My Motivation - Take Part :)
Hey people, I just restarted going to the gym for the 5th time in my life and I'm only 20, I've come up with a way to hopefully keep me motivated in my thing, and thats blogging about it to others. So I'm hoping whoever reads this, can also read that and drop some comments, I'm hoping to see more followers every day. Thank you.
I'm not aloud to post links because I haven't posted 30 times on these forums, but if you type in: "journeytobeachbody.blogspot.com" in your address bar you should find it.

Congrats on keeping up with your journey. Bodybuilding.com is a great tool to use. Just read some of the stickies in the general categories. They really helped me.
You know, one thing that ALWAYS keeps me motivated is putting up pictures of me and what I DON'T want to look like around. Especially on the fridge lol. I am not sure if you live alone, but it really does work. It also helps when you have friends who can help you kick start your day or week being able to talk to them about it.
To conquer oneself is the best and noblest victory; to be vanquished by one's own nature is the worst and most ignoble defeat-Plato
For those who "neg" my reputation JUST because I am a woman and then put that in the description to why you "negged" me, I will do it right back.

Hope that it will help you to stay motivated. I also keep a journal of sorts as well as a log/record of my workouts, weight, sets, reps and all of that stuff. It is always great to be able to see your progress in black and white and how you're improving, no matter how slow or fast your progress.
But be aware, everyone has a down day or a down week when they aren't feeling or up to 100%. Logging everything also shows you when you slide back or don't gain or progress. So you should be ready to see these bad(?) times along with the good....don't let the very few bad times interfere with all the good times.
