**multi vitamins dont really work?!**
according to the latest news an asian scientist proved that multivitamis have no affect n do not benefit us in any way other than waste our money??
what do u guys think?????

No source and bullshi , havent got sick once since i took vitamin and its cold as hell in canada, i uselly get a bad cold every time this time of the year,took muscletech overpriced vitakic then optimen then orange triad. Orange triad helped my neck pain

If your diet's in check they aren't too necessary. Good to have to fill in gaps though.
