    should I work out at 11:30 PM?

    I haven't found the time today because I am really tired, and I usually only take 1-2 days off per week. This would be my second day off. Should I workout tonight or just call it a day? I run a 3 day split with 1 rest day in between then repeat

    my last rest day was wednesday. would it be bad if I called it a night and just picked back up tomorrow?

    Why not? Don't buy into anything anyone ever says. What works for you, works. I work out late sometimes when my friend who also lifts spends the night. Like we go to Taco Bell eat, work out and head out again to eat which is usually at midnight. Eat, go to bed, grow.

    listen to your body man. If you feel like you can go in and DO WORK, and get in a good workout go for it. If you're feeling a little sluggish try to do some cardio for 5-10 minutes to get warmed up first then you should feel ready to hit the weights.

    Haha another friend of mine and myself do this a lot as well...now I don't feel as weird.

    I personally like going to the gym late at night...it's usually not crowded at all and I feel I can focus more. I go around 10 or 11 daily.

    Working out is fine as long as you have good nutrition and sleep pattern. Same as if you woke up early to work out at 5am. As long as your getting 6-8 hours. Might be a little tired but if your fine at that time then go for it.

    I go to the gym at night around 12am. It's so much nicer than going during peak hours. You guys are missing out.

    A few weeks ago I left my house to go to the gym at 2am. LOL



    I work weird hours though.. so 12am to me, is like 4-5pm to a normal person.
