Red face Squatting hurts my elbows.

Yea so when I'm squatting usually my last two sets are accompanied with elbow pain. I do regular back squats, or whatever they're called, where the bar is on your neck/back. They feel kind of bruised or like they've been bent the wrong way.

Am I just weak and need to drive through it or what. Anyone experience this?

Do some rotator cuff stretching before squatting. That losens my elbows up.

do you have elbow pain when you do push ups? or any other exercise involving elbow movement? dips? try stretching out your bi tri forearms and shoulder muscles daily, and change up your routine to lighter weights for a bit, in case of injury. if yo have pain when working out you should consult a doc

How close are your hands on the bar. I found the same kind of issue as I brought my hands closer towards my shoulders, doing lots of shoulder flexibillity and mobility helped.
