That doesnt mean its how a Mr O should look though. Its just the way the competition is going since Dorian.I realize people look at different things. BUT if you look at how Phils structure is compared to Kais..there is no doubt Phil looks more pleasing. He just looks better. Everything about him just looks right to the eye.

Jay might be the current champ, but everyone on this site has said something about how "blocky" he is. That means that his structure is not pleasing. Sure, he won, but that doesnt mean that he is built perfect. Same goes for Kai. He just looks little and stumpy and smooth with not much "punch" to his muscle bellies.

Dorian has said that Kai actually over diets and loses alot of muscle fiber come contest day, if Kai's watery its b/c theres water and not fat. You can see here that Kai is 10 weeks out and has striations everywhere and veins popping even the micro veins.

I think its kind of unfair that people get called names and such for liking Phil Heath. His body does look better than Kais and honestly it looks better than anyones up on the stage. Well, he and Dex look good.

Not everyone is into the short,thick,odd looking physiques that are taking over bbing. In fact, I would rather look like Phil or Dex or Shawn Ray in his prime than pretty much any other new age heavyweight.
