Generally a close-grip will be a little narrower than shoulder-width grip.. If that's what you're asking.. Idk what details you want..

6-8'' inches is what I try to do on all close grip exercises...

Might be wrong? But it feels like it gives me the best pump, I've actually tried to do some exercises with my hands touching but I feel like my arms are bent too far inward and I can't get a full ROM

I was just curious about the effects of a extra narrow curl would have on the bicep, say keeping your hands 2 or 3 inches apart.
