Hope so man, trying to get over this horrible cold/flu thing, omg am I gonna make it?
Yeah hoping to grill tomorrow, lifting is off for today at least, coughing up a lung over here I swear.
Lol'd, all I have at my place is sugar-free caffeine-free tea.
Hope cold and Zombie Hand are mending, Hammie. And YAY for vacation. I cannot think of anyone who deserves one more. Sometime when you get another one, you must come to Boston. We will go to one of the Brazilian grills where they just keep bringing you meat til you say uncle and play in my *NEW ghetto Y* where they have indoor astroturf to push a prowler on.
Thanks brohametta mcgee!
Can anyone direct me to instructions on how to make paper hats for small animals? Srs, was breifly searching google last night for this but passed out due to the nyquil.
---------------------------------------------------------
Sick as fark. Thank goodness I didn't have to be on the road Thurs/Fri, I just came home and slept on the couch allllll day and drank nyquil. Finally mustered the energy to do a few house chores and take a shower today, yep took me til after 4pm. Going to venture out into the wild to buy some groceries and pizza, hopefully I will make it.Current PRs:

Being sick sucks so hard. Everyone I work with is sick right now too. I think it's the shift in the weather or something. Good luck with the groceries. Grocery stores a clusterf*ck on a good day. Throw in feeling like crap and they're hell on earth. Pizza cures all evils though

Well then I blame everyone you work with for getting me sick - the geese will get them! It's like 90 degrees out brohametta srs, this is just the universe laughing in my face, and up my nose. That was not a good outting, still recovering lol. People all up in my stuff, tried to order pizza online cause it's easy and I lost like 90% of my voice to da sickness. Stupid website wasn't working right at the checkout part so had to call sounding like death and they majorly fuked up my order.
Thanks!
LEX, HAI!!!!!!
Not feeling better, I want to though.

So horribly sick still. Living on Nyquil and Dayquil and waking up at all hours of the night coughing up a kidney. Have been sleeping on the couch for days, and then pretty much napping there during the day and occassionally going to the kitchen or bathroom. Am going to venture out to the backyard today to grill steaks, if I survive that then I will still go fishing with my friend tomorrow and just bring a whole bottle of Dayquil. If that goes ok then *maybe* easy lifting Wed or Thurs. Haven't been this sick in a long long time.Current PRs:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sick Ham is sick. Have gone through a bottle of dayquil and one of nyquil, nyquil no longer makes me drowsy, was up til 5am Mon night coughing and puking. Tried Delsym too which sucks balls, and have gone through like 3 bags of these ricola cough drops which I swear are burning my fukking tongue with whatever magical chinese goat medicine is in them. Went to urgent care yesterday, they said it could be strep throat or some infection since this is going on way too long, got antibiotics of peace, prescription cough medicine with codeine (which DOES NOT work nor did it make me sleepy, was up til 4am coughing/puking), and sleeping pills (which DO NOT work, took WITH the cough medicine and still was up all fuking night.) Ham down, Ham down. Hopefully after a few days of these antibiotics things will improve. There are only 6 pills I think so it must be strong medicine. Ugh, have had to cancel all plans of going out doing stuff thusfar, have barely left the house, not getting anything done here even since I feel so horrible. BRB trip to kitchen, omg gotta take a 20min nap to recover. I'm planning on at least trying to do some simple tasks around my house tomorrow assuming I feel a bit better. Also thank god I have this Roku box with streaming, have watched (or played) like 50hrs of tv/movies easily. BRB plowing through entire series of tv shows in a day or two. Also annoyed I keep getting so many calls/texts from work, srs, the weirdest stuff has happened these last few days and yes I did put someone else in charge to handle things but he has been calling me quite a bit (along with other people at work) to ask how to handle certain situations. People on the phone are like omg you sound like you're dieing, yes, yes I know.Current PRs:

ham, call them back and tell them that your cough medicine with codeine is not working at all, and you can't sleep and your sides hurt every time you cough. they will prescribe hydrocodone, and that does work. you do not want to develop pneumonia, so please please call them. (if you are too scared to cough, then the gunk pools in your lungs and you get pneumonia. it's super lovely)
will you call?
i wish i could nurse you back to health. you need TLC. make sure the kitties lick your nose and chew your hair. i hear that speeds healing.

I feel nothing from it, nothing, seriously wondering if they even gave me real drugs at all. Is this like in high school where kids would sell other parsley?
Fark, it's UrgentCare, wonder if they'd even do that at a place like that without me going back and waiting another hour in the waiting room and charging me $200 for a 5 minute visit? Not sure what you mean by too scared to cough, I cough nonstop, has been keeping me up til 4 or 5am cause it just never lets up. I am coughing up some disgusting stuff too. Will post pics if anyone wants. Thanks G, am eating lots of pizza and steak and had an angus cheeseburger yesterday to nurse self back to health. I'm eating anything I have a craving for and everything in sight to speed up the healing process. Having some weird cravings too.
Thanks guise!
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Better than I was a couple days ago but still feel like I'm semi dieing. I think my throat is raw now, coughed up this chunk of something yesterday night, looked like a chunk of arm meat srs and I had not eaten recently, then a very small amount of bright red blood, very small, and tasted blood for a while, hasn't happened since and I'm hoping these antibiotics do something already. People are already saying I sound a lot better today. Took an xl dose of nyquil tonight so hopefully I can get drowsy before 4am, I swear I'm immuned to that chit though. The codeine did nothing, and the rx sleeping pills did nothing.
Too sick to go out and really do anything and have yet to try lifting, did some house cleaning today though. Steam cleaned all the downstairs carpeting, the pets are very upset and still hopping around trying not to touch the carpets even though everything is dry. They're all huddled up on the couch like they're stranded on an island, waiting for a banana boat to sail by and rescue them.
Got some bad ass beer mugs from Amazon, they're awesome and no I don't even drink beer I put my iced tea in there lulz, but that was the highlight of my day. Also the show I Shouldn't Be Alive has a new season I'm streaming, best show of all time, and I love sitting here watching people get lost in the jungle, desert, and even volcanos as I sit and drink bounties of iced tea out of my awesome glasses while these people are dieing of dehydration and trying to suck water droplets off of leaves BWAH HA HA HA!!! Hey dude, I wasn't the moron who wandered out into a 300,000 square mile jungle of nothingness, nope, I stayed home in my undies so I get to drink bounties of cold iced tea.Current PRs:

Haha yeah it's all dry though, they don't like change, they're worse than me with that.
Bah!!! Yeah me too, I'm planning on taking the week of Thanksgiving off so that's not horribly far off, couple months. Yep still mad I didn't get to do anything I wanted to during vacation, wanted to hit up LTF a bunch for swimming/lifting, lift at home, actually enjoy sleeping in (barely sleeping cause kept awake with the cough of death), fishing with my friend, grilling, playing with the pets, shopping. Also really wanted to get a couple car things out of the way, have to get to the dealership for some 50k mileage service thing and my regular oil change, it's all free so that's good, but I'm sure I'll be up there for an hour or so doing that. Need to get to the BMV too, wanted to knock that out but it's not gonna happen til I get back to work.
----------------------------------------------
Antibiotics of death and destruction, oh lawd these things ARE making my sickness better but my stomach is wrecked atm. Need to get out to the store tomorrow, other than that don't plan on leaving the house in this condition, it's too risky. I'm drinking my pwo now and going to do a very easy workout in my home gym. I figure if I chit my shorts squatting 95lbs then well no one but me, Max, and the squat rack needs to know it ever happened. Just really bored and not feeling too bad aside from my stomach. Planning on grilling out over the weekend, whenever it doesn't rain, I can't believe how cold it is outside all of a sudden! Downstairs of my house looks farking awesome all clean and sparkly, hoping to hit the upstairs tomorrow and traumatize the pets once again. Through my boredom and inability to sleep til like 4am most days I started going through weird drawers and stuff in my house, found this pile of random gift cards, some for like fast food, a couple for nicer restaurants, a couple for stores. Looked up the balances of these and have a nice amount of free credit for various places to eat and shop. BOOM - free food for a while. Had a couple Quiznos cards in there used to be my favorite sammich shop but I think it's out of business all together now? Wondering if I can do anything with those.
Alright guise, I am off to attempt to squat 95lbs with my cheeks tightly clenched in fear. I'll start with seated OHP though, that's like the lazziest of all the compounds IMO.Current PRs:
