It was bad yesterday but today I am straight up waddling everywhere and it is a struggle. So I guess not squatting heavy for a few weeks then going boom we're gonna rep 175 really got me, lol.
Also tomorrow *should* be the final day of my crazy work schedule, I have everything planned out and if things go well tomorrow then thurs I'll only have to be in a for a few hours, and friday I can go back to simply managing and go the hell home. So if tomorrow goes according to plan I will have another ihop feast to celebrate. In before I get killed in a freak accident of a plane crashing into the stretch of road on the turnpike my car is on that day just to thwart Hammie's plans. Good lord I need a change of luck here!

AWWWWW!!!! lol potholes of life
No time for lifting so far this work week, BUT everything should be back to normal in Ham's hammie life as of tomorrow. I'm planning to hit the gym tomorrow afternoon! In recent Ham News I went to IHOP again last night - eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, and chocolate cake - nom, nom, nom. Now it's back to strict tracking and continuing this cut. I'm at 159-160 currently, shooting for 155. Also, on an unrelated note, I fell asleep on the couch and woke up with a huge cricket on my arm (also huge ) and freaked out, fell off the couch, and murdered it with the dvd remote. The pets were bert staring hard. Such trauma in the life of Ham.
Current PRs:

Anyhoo. Glad you had a good meal and am sure you will be to your goal (or below lol) in no time at all.
I don't mind crickets, but don't want them on me. I would have freaked out waking up to something like that!

Eating & Lifting!!!!! :D
Bugs are yucky! We don't have crickets here, only cute little grasshoppers They're fun to catch! The only really awful bugs we have here that I can't stand are earwigs and silverfish- both of which are tiny but hideous.
I went and googled pics of crickets and there are some pretty big, ugly ones! Yuck! I think I would have flipped out as well to find one of those on my arm! *shudders*
Have a great workout!

There's nothing wrong with redneck. In fact, it keeps things entertaining. :-)
Don't worry hobbes, I'm sure the regulars at my gym think I am off my rocker as well, when it appears I am singing to myself throughout the gym, or laugh or cuss at the scale in the locker room. Luckily, there is still a scale in there.
