My dear Ham,
Congratulations on the two personal records you set. I do have a suggestion, though - do the overhead press before you do any kind of back work. Your pressing will feel better.
Sincerely,

Thanks big guy!
LMAO at that whole comment, and thank you!
Thanks, gonna make some form improvements but glad I got it up there finally.
Hi Scrabbz, no worries, always good to see ya though!
Thanks!
Hey Josh, was wondering where you were, thanks, good to see you!
Hahaha yeah that's a whole boatload of mini fridges!! Yeah look at my right knee, upper body is locked out fine though. I looked at the Wilks calc and I'd actually have to either lift like 355 or drop 20ish pounds bw to move up in the rankings (I posted a 280 ramp up set to get in there) so really the 305 counting wouldn't change my standing. I am determined to nail this damn DL though - 3 plates man, I want THREE PLATES.
Lulz good job woman dave, hamstare.jpg
Oh lawd don't get me started... BRB did not even plan on doing OHP until last minute, BRB never pair up press/pull on same day, only did it due to realizing I'll be gone 14hrs a day at work this wk, BRB press still felt fine and wasn't even going all out just trying to do it for the sake of doing it this week, BRB BRB. But thanks for the input.
Sincerely,

Own a small trucking/delivery company and deliver everything imaginable for a very large well known co. Lost a driver last wk so I'm trying to cover a lot with too few people. It's a long detailed process to get new guys certified so it's not like you can throw new people in overnight.

Hammerz, last week I met a patient who's husband owns the exact same type of company you have, delivering for the exact same well known company, with the exact same issues!!! Wow!!! You two should be penpals
Hope things calm down for you before you end up having to haul two mini-fridges at a time on your backCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Awww lol, I love this comment. Ah people are always messing up my subs, dem girls don't know what "a little bit" of sauce means, brb gallon of mustard on ham sammich, brb mustard all over my pants, brb trying to figure out how to change pants at work, brb brb.
Hi P, welcome back! Make me a ham sammich and all will be forgiven.
Ahhhhhhahahaha, well there you go. Yep there are others like me all around with those exact same issues, as crazy as they sound they are VERY common. At least I know it's not just me lol.
Hope things calm down for you before you end up having to haul two mini-fridges at a time on your back
Looked forward to Squat Day today all week... no Squat Day for Ham. Didn't get home til almost 8 again and actually have to get to bed now, well like half an hr ago meh, but yeah, getting up at like 4:30ish daily. Sat/Sun will be nothing but lifting srs, I'm gonna try to fit in as much as possible. I still need to figure out what I'm doing with DL and OHP cause they really won't fit in with Back, Biceps, Bench, Squat. Maybe if I get up at like 3 on Tuesdays and get done as quickly as possible I can do that lift day then? Bah!
And if anybody tells me to fit in DL on Back/Bi day I swear I will summon my gang of wild hams to attack you and there will be nothing left but a tattered lifting belt which I will hang in my home gym as a reminder to anyone else who thinks up the stupidest idea ever. Seriously I am not having like a 4 hour long lifting session on Back Day. Yes it'd take me that long, yes I move at a waddle's pace, come at me.
Yes, mad.Current PRs:

It has always seemed logical to me to deadlift on squat day. Both those movements work almost the same muscle groups, plus, you can be done with both of them after that one session. After you get close to the 'advanced stage', having two lower days just seems like too much to me.

Oh Ham..Things are so rough for you at the moment. It's frustrating that I can't help you out in any way grrr
If you felt ok to get up that early then do it but would it would wipe you out for the day? you'd have to get a proper early night to help with recovery either way..
I've never done DL's on back day so id never recommend it..Mind you I always do RDL's for my hamstrings.
I hope you get to catch up on sleep and create lifts of a beast in a war setting over the weekend.

There shall be LIFTING today!
Yep, I've done squat/DL on the same day, only thing is I'm hesitant to do DL the day after a big Back/Bi day, and it'd be bench, squat, DL, would take forever. We'll see what I can do.
Lol no you're right, I can't go to bed at like 8pm to get that done. Beast in a war setting coming right up, blood, sweat, and victory all up in dis bish.
LMAO why so many hammie people in Britain? Mannn that country just waddles! Boom boom, stomp stomp, waddle waddle!
Mmmm, would smash.....
Wait, wut?
Thanks Drea!
Actually got up at a decent time today 10am, prob because I fell asleep at 9:30pm last night lolol. Anyways getting some eats in now, then gonna load up the Ham-U-V and take these goodies I've had since last weekend to that local animal shelter and visit them. Then off to the gym!
Food was epic last night, could not decide what I wanted so got EVERYTHING I wanted lol - Brugger's bagels and sammich, Penn Station chick parm sammich and dem fries, Zoup - chicken potpie soup and bread. Carbs of peace.Current PRs:

Pretty solid workout, haven't done a Back/Bicep day in 2 weeks due to the deload. Already feeling t-rex arms coming on! Dropped 4lbs of water weight this week, farrrrk, trying to eat and drink a ton this weekend. Having a major cooking day tomorrow, got 2lbs chicken breast, 20 chicken legs, couple lbs of lean beef for burgers/meatballs, pasta, and 3 dz eggs for deviled eggs, plus potatoes/carrots/broccoli to go with it, oh yeah and a bag of Reese's Pieces. Hopefully all that will last for the work week so I don't have to get take out food.Current PRs:
