I think I am most impressed that you can do all that and then throw in those chinups at the end.

Fistbump.jpg for Tea Crew, glad I could contribute to forcing you to make baked goods lol.
Every day srs, my problem is I often run out of said cooked food in a day or two, brb cooking chicken wings, gone in one day, brb cooking pasta with chicken, gone in two days, I need two ovens or something lol.
LMAO correct, you guys better pepper your angus cause I am cooking up crockpot chicken right now, 8 chicken legs + potatoes + bbq sauce, like I said though it'll only last me 2 days tops.
Hmmm...
And THAT was just breakfast.Last edited by thehobbes; 06-30-2013 at 10:50 AM.

^^^Whoa, that really rustled my two cats sitting here, they are pacing around all weird now, lol.
RANT INCOMING!
Ok so I'm one of those people who completely ignores all mail because all my bills are online anyway lulz, so apparently I've been throwing away all these notices from the stupid water company of peace that they have to install some stupid new meter in my basement, ugh. So I got this Final Notice for it yesterday lmao, gotta make an appointment for these people to install this thing I want nothing to do with. Damn can't they wait another 90 years til I die and then do it? So this Final Notice thing says the install takes like an hour!!! And yeah I checked the meter is indeed in my basement so I have to be home FUUUUUU!!! Wouldn't mind it so much but it is a whole production to herd the 3 cats and get them in another room in advance. They are perfectly fine when my normal friends/family visit whom they've seen many times, but they freak out big time with strange people, plus these utility people like to leave doors open with reckless abandon so good luck if you have pets. Jesus god, get out the pot holders, it's time to round up the cats.
Also pretty sure now that irritating guy who was at my door knocking down my door the other day like zombies were chasing him was one of these water nerds. I just peered at him through the window due to the obnoxious and unnecessarily loud knocking of death and destruction and shook my head in disapproval as I continued to eat my oatmeal.
Ugh, if they wanted me to pay attention they should've sent an email, seriously, I don't even postal mail.
And now worrying these people are going to not know what they're doing and flood my gym, meh.

Pretty mild workout, haven't benched in 2 and a half weeks. Was getting uneven pec minor soreness doing bb bench so I'm trying to sort that out. Perhaps dbs will work to straighten it out, if not I'll try a new approach. Nothing hurts at all when I'm benching, it's just the next two days the right side gets unevenly way more sore. I'll sort it out, until then just taking it easy on bench press and going very light and easy. Really wanted to take the 70s for a ride today but I felt it may be overdoing things a bit since I'm coming off of a brief benching break. Been doing some pec stretching daily too, I know they're still tight, ah powerlifterproblems.jpg

I loled just a little!
I thought I was the only person who didn't answer my door. I'll be at the window looking out, they can see me, and if it's someone who I think is soliciting or something, I'll just stare and them and not answer. It makes them very confused.
Had the same thing happen in my house. They had a come in a couple years back to replace my meter. I think because now it's all fancy schmancy digital reading or something.
Well now, that is just sweet.
*Wants to be as strong as Hammie Crew* checking in!

i went through a phase of not ever wanting to answer the door, but now i do. some sort of weird pull to do it, leftover from the olden timey days when i was a child and thats just what you did.
i have been rewarded with two visits from jehova's witnesses and the gas man. bleh.
you take good care of your shoulders, ham. i learn from you. and not to get all soppy or anything, but i am very thankful that you are here at bb.com journaling and stuff.
