I have no idea about your toe nails. Sounds very weird. Have you thought about steel toe shoes? Cause heavy shiz on feet hurts!

Hammie, I think the "hard stuff" growing back probably is toenail, just jacked up toenail. Some people on the distance runner forums say when they lost toenails they never grew back right and always looked deformed. See, for example: http://forums.runnersworld.com/forum...back-different

Lol! Amazingly my little guy will try to run off with weird stuff like brocolli and cantaloupe, but try feeding him chicken, beef, salmon, turkey, or duck flavored cat food and he is all like NO.
I do wear steel toes now for that reason (except in summer, feet sweat too much and get other issues in boots in 90 degree weather), these are previous injuries.
Deformed Toenail Talk with Auntie Hammie
Thank you! Yes it is nice to be able to lose weight while I still go and get a pizza here and there lol. 2200, I burn that before noon!
O... M... G!!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE!!! And at least one of these is from college when I was running A TON. Yep they'd turn black and fall off, then this weird ass stuff grows in there. Well ok then, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I still trim em and everything (with very sharp scissors lol) but they are indeed jacked up. Looks like it'd hurt but it does not.

Awesome squats! Jelly! I guess that goes without saying, since I want to be Aunt Ham IRL.
I just about died laughing. I read this to hubz, and he giggled (yes, giggled) quietly on the couch. I don't think he wanted to give in and admit it was friggin' hilarious.
Oh my goodness, YES!
Y'know what, Mammie? As soon as you mentioned your toenails, my very first thought was, "Oh man, I hope she posts pics!!". Does that make me a sick, sick individual? Probably, since I've posted some lovely chopped-up-thumb pics myself...
It makes me so sad that work is being ridiculous. A job should be a JOB, not your LIFE. That's how I feel, anyway. I get that you gotta do what you gotta do, and the great news is that you're still so young, so you'll have lots of time to slack off in thirty years or so. Hehe.

You better get at least 220 on your back squat, or I will have taken another lift from you. hehe. Yes, I am that mean ;-)

Great work on the OHP. Pretty strict to me. You could easily get more than 100, just lower your warmup volume. I have found that if I do too many warmups my shoulders fatigue super fast. So I usually will just a couple, maybe 3 at two lower weights before I start my main sets. Even then, I only do that just to get my form down and to feel some weight. Just some food for thought.
