Makes sense, seems like a higher than average fat intake (granted that they are the healthy fats) is alright in my case. I've never had a problem thusfar, bloodwork always checks out fine, my cholesterol is good last time I had that checked. May get bloodwork done in 2013 to see where I stand with everything. I get those DOT physicals all the time but you have to be pretty bad off to fail those haha.
Mams!!! Thank you sir, ah yes always trust your equipment and it will protect you.
Thanks Turkey! Um not sure if your question is serious? Yeah I just measure out a bowl of carrots on the food scale and eat them as I play on my computer or whatever. Is there a more optimal way to consume carrots I am unaware of?
Trans fats, what the hell is that? Lol I know King of the Hill did an episode on it, I assume it's the same as saturated fats? Yeah my proteinz and carbz are always wayyy ahead (pro 150-200g and carbs a few hundred usually) the extra fat is coming in because it's like damn I can only eat so much carbs and protein haha, need to get cals in somehow. LMAO at that pic, what the holy hell is going on, there are cats attacking a Chinese mailbox? lol!
Oh Mo you always know how to make my day! Oh and btw that bench is about to get even better, watch out your hams, Mo!
MIND = XPLODED!!! Your LTF must be really hippy-ish, seems as everybody is buddies over there and works out together, like all this peace/friendship/love crap wtf. I'm the "put headphones in and rage face on, nobody come near me or I'll rip your face off." Gym time is my time to imagine myself as godzilla rampaging cities, would bother me if I had to put up with having some spotter's sweaty hairy ballz mear inches from my forehead, jezuz.
Thanks J, da food is sooo yummy!
Wise man is wise.
LMAO I know, I always have docs telling me to not go over like 60g in a day ever too srs.
Workout coming up...

Gym was PACKED! I hope that's because people had off of work, went around noon, it's usually empty at that time. I think there are a lot of newbs already, saw a bunch of grown ass men barbell bench pressing 95lbs... oh boy. Please go away newbs, I don't want to have to go to that gym at 11 at night. I haven't done ANY of these exercises in 6 weeks or so, but am back up to my normal working weights anyways, some things even felt a bit easier as if I had a giant rest and recovery from it so now it's just plain easy. Weird, didn't want to push anything too crazy today, but did PR on some odd things anyways haha.
Used my itunes gift cards already, found some pretty sweet music this weekend.
Egypt Central (this song got me, downloaded two albums, iamnotdisappoint.jpg)
Imagine Dragons (assumed these guys would suck due to the horrible band name, but I'm mirin')
Felt awesome to take my time and get to the pool today, didn't even get a barrage of work calls! No plans tonight, just staying home and eating this delicious bbq chicken breast I made. Will sleep in tomorrow and want to hit up shoulders later in the day.
Lift heavy, take a multi, and good luck with your goals in 2013 guise!Current PRs:

Could see you were using all your might to re-rack that bar, awesome effort!
I'm also trying to convince Bea to share her Bench Pressing effort.

Very happy I finally broke through my OHP plateau, was stuck at 90x4 for like a month. Shoulders felt perfect today. Was well rested, went to bed at like 3am last night and got up at noon today lolol. Did NOTHING today, made some deviled eggs, lifted, and sat on couch watching dvds all day. I'm perplexed though because I'm burning so many damn calories and I didn't even do anything today, looks like it's gonna be upwards of 3kcals again today, wtf?! I'm basically trying to eat whatever that BMF says -500 and see where that gets me. Really confused why I'm supposedly burning so much, but doing the -500 thing should confirm/deny if this thing is accurate.
Here's a pic from today (no summer, no fake tan shiz, no care ):
Got damn photobucket, do you even resize? Sorry guise, resize not working, be grateful I decided to wear shorts and am not in full blown undies heehee. You mirin' my Prof Ham specticles? Yeahhhh you are!
Still going for losing some more bf, always surprised I weigh as much as I do and am not ginormously fat lulz (165 today after eating a feast of breakfast, drinking a bunch of water, and w/ clothes on lol.) The wt loss thusfar has not effected my lifts at all, never does really, so 155 here we come!Current PRs:

Nice job in the OHP's! I don't think anyone will give you grief for posting in the O35 thread. There is a serious lack of strong women over there, we have a few but the ratio is way off . Seriously though most there would be interested in your strength and dedication.
