Thanks Josh! Lol you're not that jackweed who leaves ridiculous comments on my vids, like if I post a 300lb DL vid he goes "good job, but I can DL 900lbs." Retards gonna retard haha. In all seriousness I am happy to have the sub, if I can get like 495 more I can be a youtube partner lol.
Thanks Mr Flex! Outlifting 90% of the MISC, feelsgoodham.jpg

Ahhahaha, I remember seeing that sub and was like who the hell is that? Lol creativity at its best.
Thanks NVR! I'm sure I'll do bb bench at LTF sometime and will lol if peeps are staring from behind the broccoli trees. My rows get alotta looks lol, don't really squat or DL there anymore cause of "no chalk" rules and trainers having no sense of personal space. I think people who see me at dat particular gym think I do back n legs erry day, not a single fuk is given, I waddle with my head held high and ILS all day long.Current PRs:

140x6 (vid)
115x12*rep PR
135x10 last rep was a farking ovary buster I tell ya!
140x6 not bad, it's a starting point, still getting comfortable with the bb bench since I haven't done it in forever, still feels newb to me
RC WORK:
Standing Y/T/Ls with 5sec hold at top: 5lbs for 12, 12, 12
Int. Band Rotations (Red): 1x12
Ext. Band Rotations (Red): 1x15
Great workout! DL wasn't too good but I made up for it on my bp. I'm still working through some shoulder stability issues on bp and once I find a nice groove for that lift I should be able to put up some heavier weight. For the time being I'll stick to warming up a ton, then trying to do 135 for as many as I can, then sets of 140 for whatever I can do. Hopefully I can hit 140x10 pretty soon. Once I'm putting up 155 for reps I think I'll feel a lot more confident, just trying to take it slow and steady for now, happy I can bb bench again. Shoulders feel fine when I'm doing this and my pointer finger is like an inch into the rough part of the bar, very happy also to not have to bench with a crazy close grip. Icing shoulders now and will stretch over the next couple days to make sure they're good.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Is it just me or every time you do a new video you are wearing new pieces of gear somewhere? lol. Forearm sweat bands? lol.
And what is this "Oh I can't deadlift because my bodybugg thingy told me I didn't eat enough." Sounds like an excuse to me. hehe. Don't let that thing control you. I can't bear to see the hammie captured by a tiny piece of technology. Where's the RAWR!!!!! ;-)"There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. LOL! Those are straps and for some weird ass reason if I put em below my elbows it makes my shoulder feel better (may be mental dunno.) Broham that DLing kicked my ass, IDGAF what the BodyMedia thing says but I worked like 80hrs last week and am so tired I fell asleep mid day cause I sat down to scratch my kitteh's belly (nothing dirty is implied there, really just petting my literal pet cat srs.) 225 felt heavy even though it isn't, so I backed off. RARRWWW in first vid, turn up da sound! Where's your vid of you benching a clean set of 10 at a plate, huh, huh?? Bring it MMA!!

You know how it is, people make fun of the people they are intimidated by. Um, yeah, your BP is better than mine. AND!!!! I still got you on OHP. I am holding on to that one for dear life.
Srs, I don't think it's mental with the strap on your forearms. It is probably compressing the ligaments that run up your arm and help it "feel better." And I completely understand those days when even touching the bar feels heavy. It's all good.
Your RAWR scares me so I keep the volume down low. hehe. Remember, I'm the huggy one in the gym. lol."There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. Dood you can OHP more than I can DL, lol j/k but your OHP is farking amazing - I WILL get it though, I swear, or my name isn't Hammie H. Hamicus! Yeah I think it's something with my elbows cause I used to get wicked golfers elbow. Thought I was gonna puke during DL, just didn't have the energy for it today, next week, oh next week. I will be sure to cover myself in olive oil to protect myself in case you or anyone tries to hug me. Hugging is not good at all, unless someone has died or both parties are very very drunk.

Yeah it's a tough one, hopefully we'll both progress on it though.
Offended.jpg I don't oil myself up for just anybody you know. Well I guess I can roll up the Slip n Slide and put it back in the garage. (Damn I wish I had one of those now, brb taking out neighbor's mailbox with my face.)
That's the goal!
LMAO
Ham approved! Haha that's awesome, I remember the last time I DLed at LTF the trainers disapproved of me getting their nice white towels all bloody, da fuk is wrong with that place, should have like dark blue towels to cover up the blood stains. J-dog you always look a lot bigger than 165 srs, you're doinitrite.jpg
Thanks P! Speaking of mustard I have ketchup all over my pant leg, I think I also left a fallen chunk of hamburger bun in the car, well it's in the depths of Hell now, never to be found again.
No lifting today, got home at like 7:30. And already burned 3700 cals. I am not satisfied with this day. Got my Large armbands for BodyMedia today, zomg so much better! Now I don't have to scoot that thing to the crook of my arm just so I can use my arm lulz.Current PRs:

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak
And when you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that *** out of you and get motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you want to just fall flat on your face and collapse.

Good upper body workout, wanted to get a little of everything in just in case I can't lift til Fri. Weight was lowered for pressing, still very sore and apparently still recovering from benching Sunday. Shoulders felt PERFECT today though! If I have another earlier day at work this week I'll do squats. LOL at this bodybuilding.com t-shirt. Got it when I bought 20lbs of protein on Cyber Monday lulz. It's a large but man these sleeves are tiny! It's pretty cool looking on short stalky people such as myself but I'll probably go for XL next time, was going to use this one for a comfy lounging around shirt but it's too small. I'm wondering who in the hell on this site would even want a medium or small then, would cut off arm circulation and somebody would have to take scissors to it to get it off you. (Ohhh I bet the BodyMedia armband designers made these shirts. )
Trying to hit 3kcals/day every day this week, if not more, lost 2lbs last week. We will fix this with homemade pizzas and eggs!Current PRs:

How do you like the wider grip for OHP? I can't do nearly as much when I go wide, like pinky finger on ring or close to the ring. Your range of motion is real deep.

Meh, feels weird, just out of my comfort zone I guess, but I think I can generate more strength if I do a bench press wide grip. Yep pinky is close to the ring. Trying to go to below chin or chest on those, doesn't hurt or anything, trying to keep elbows forward, so I think I'm good.
Thanks! Yeah me neither, it's been a couple yrs lol. Just being able to bb bench again is like a life changing thing for me, srs, hamheads gonna hamhead.Current PRs:
