SUPPS:
PRE: Neurosurge 1 pack

CHEST:
Flat BB Bench Press:

115x9

125x5
105x9
Oof, I hope I can do a little better than that if I try this lift at the BEGINNING of a workout once instead of always throwing it in after lot of shoulder or chest work.
*How's my hand placement?? This is about as far out as I can go right now :/ just outside of the smooth part, triceps are tiring after a few sets so I dunno.
95x12
115x9
*Using straps on forearms, I have no idea why it makes my shoulders feel better but it does.
RC WORK:
Standing Y/T/Ls w/ 5sec hold at top:
5lbs for 12, 12, 12
5lbs for 12, 12, 12
Int. Band Rotations (Red): 2x12
Ext. Band Rotations (Red): 2x15
Not a bad workout, I may give flat bb bench a go by itself in a few days and see what I can do with it. I'll stick with it and improve it a little at a time. Very happy with the progress on my OHP. Planning on lifting tomorrow, maybe squats.
Got all my stuff planned out for Petsmart tomorrow, hamoforganization.jpg

Congrats on the PR. Strong ham is strong for sure. I change my grip width around from week to week on the close grip presses, not sure it makes any difference. That 115x9 was strong for sure, about the same as I can do on those.

Tryna get Bea status someday... someday...
OMG this ham is soooo good. Sticker says it'll keep in the fridge for like 8 days, lol, this ham is not gonna make it 8 days, probably 4 and it'll be all going directly to my biceps, semi-srs.

PETSMART BLACK FRIDAY!!!
For the animal shelter:
(pics are probably huge, Photobucket do you even resize?!)
Stuff for my pets (lol at creepy looking garage):
Origional price for everything .... $395
Discounts (sales/coupons)......... -173
Got all products above for........... 222
Notbadham.jpg Got more stuff than last yr, had to fold down back seats to get all that to fit to take home.
Literally went in there 4 times to get cartfulls of stuff, had to divide up my coupons a certain way, yep a little extremecouponing.jpg was done for this, also most Purina items printed out a $5 off voucher for another purchase, got about a dozen of those. 12 transacations total but the cashiers were very very nice about it and let me split up transactions at the register to use all the vouchers, also seemed happy to be there and happy to help people make sure they get the discounts. They had a ton of people working so there really weren't even any lines at the registers, srs, had to wait one time for under 5min and that's it. Probably the best customer service I have ever encountered SRS.
Probably gonna take the donations up there tomorrow morning. It's pretty close to my gym actually, brb kittehs and barbell rows all in one day = good day.Current PRs:

Dat honeybaked ham is epic! Getting ready to go visit the animals this morning.
Even have some dog treats that taste like bacon (no didn't try myself lulz but tempted), and fuzzy mice, they love dem fuzzy mice!
Dude I am so used to seeing EVERYTHING as a spoon pic in the Misc that to this day if I saw a flock of wild hams waddling down the freeway I'd be like oh wait, gotta whip out my emergency spoon for pics so people don't neg or claim trolling when I text em this pic.
Awww thanks Cali. (There would be a nationwide shortage of rotiserrie chicken if there were a lot of me running around though lol.)

BOOM - coupons errywhere! Managed to print them all online this year and I used another laptop I've had for like 8yrs srs (slow as a ham crawling thru molasis uphill) as a secondary IP address to double up on the print limits.

Awww, crap. You posted a link to the shelter. I *might* have just spent a significant amount of time looking through all the kitties and puppies, and turned into a puddle of mush. It makes my heart hurt.
Ham, you are too much awesome. If there were more hams like you in this world, there would be no sad fur babies.
I'm looking forward to the day when I have a house, so I can adopt an animal (or ten). Hubz always jokes around that we are going to end up with a farm.
Anyways. Just, yeah. You're the best. I realize it sounds corny, but I am really grateful that you did that. Even though it has no direct effect on me. You definitely made a huge difference to that shelter - and probably restored their faith in humanity, a l'il bit. It has got to be a bit disheartening to work in a place like that - to see animals be adopted, and brought back... and see sad little kitties and puppies who just want a mommy and daddy to love them...

Thanks, Lex got me hooked on AI Sports supps and I've been a fan ever since. Haha I always want to take them all home. That is how I ended up with 3 cats instead of the planned 2, went to adopt one and found a brother/sister pair, couldn't say no.
Thanks Meg, haha it's a whole event when I go to that gym, I'm there for 3hrs. That's why I only go to that one 2-3x a week lol, lift at home if I wanna save some time. Lulz yeah I snapped that thing like an oreo cookie!
Aww lol RC! That place is by far my favorite charity, I've been visiting them, donating, and adopting from them for nearly 10 years now. My friend and I discovered them by accident when we were out camping once and found a stray and very pregnant kitteh in the woods in bad shape. Took her to RV because that was the animal shelter in that county (I now live like an hr away from them.) They took care of that cat, adopted her and the kittens out once born, and I've been going back ever since. Adopted a kitten I've now had for 9 yrs, an older cat who passed away about 3 yrs ago, and then went back to get another companion for my first cat (got really lonely when her best buddy passed away), and ended up bringing home the brother/sister pair who had been there for a year and they would only adopt out together (VERY skittish cats at the time and very dependent on each other.)
The people there have always been awesome and yeah they do see a lot of horrible things. With a lot of the local animal abuse cases they are often the place to take those animals in (they take horses, pigs, sheep, goats too srs), and they said they get a lot of people who drop off pets in the middle of the night at their doorstep and just leave them there. Very sad to read some of the stories how people give up their pets due to not being able to financially care for them anymore or are moving because they lost the house. I know they take in a lot of animal transfers (dogs especially) from other local shelters that can't keep them, especially like the smaller Cleveland shelters that can't afford to keep animals for long periods.
These guys are great, it's by far the best run shelter I've ever seen with people that really care. Most of the workers in there are volunteers and they're awesome with the animals and visitors. They do a lot of programs and special events to bring in donations throughout the year and work their asses off to keep that place running smoothly. You guys should see how thourough the application process is to adopt also, they make sure you can and will take care of their animal and will follow up with you to make sure all is well. So yeah on a scale of 1 to 5 hams I give them 5 hams. I will continue to lend a helping ham (heehee) and I know they greatly appreciate all who help keep them going.
