Fun trilogy. There's 2 out so far, so maybe you will want to wait for the 3rd so you can just gorge on it.
Thanks MaliaBot! I checked those out - they sound like something I'd love, so I bought em with my gift card last night. Would rep but apparently I have to spread the love first.

Oh I'm a total Ham-Headed idiot there, srs if I lifted at that place every time instead of lifting mostly at home I'd be kicked out. Yeah I get loud, I grunt, I growl, I slam stuff around, (I do use Versas for rows one plate and up) so I get all set, kinda pull back before lift off to get my feet set and shake the whole power rack, and go "GRRRAAAAUUUUHHHHH!!!", lift, and proceed to make horrific faces of bloodthirsty rage and snarl like a pitbull.

Oh I got right up to this one dressed up LTF chick there yesterday who got too close to me and farted on her for the lulz (wasn't feeling great cause I ate all that cake. EDIT: honest to god CAKE, b-day cake my parents brought over.) But I didn't get into anything like a couple months ago when I screamed at that kid to make him pee his little gym shorts haha. I got a picture for you, the two smaller ones are yellow jackets the much bigger one is a japanese hornet. Took the picture for a size comparison, sorry it is so blurry there were several more of each buzzing around me when I took it. Those japanese hornets are not very aggressive, but if you do manage to piss one off and it stings you it is like taking a hit with a hyperdermic needle full of venom. I have lots of each all over the place here and hate to mow my yard cause I know I am gonna get it before I get done.

Lol! Nothing but steak and creatine here, anything else and I'm pretty sure I'd get injured every 5 min. 3pps is coming, 4 will be tough but I think I can get there with a bulk and a lot of work, 5... I will stand atop the leg press and declare myself ruler of the world when that happens!

Do not want! Bee careful EB (ha see what I did there? )

Seriously though my leg, ankle area and also the sting on my quad on my other leg are in pretty bad shape today. I had to work out in 90 degree heat for like 12hrs again today since one of my guys called off (ohhh what perfect timing. ) So between being out in the heat, wearing long pants, not being able to take Benedryl until I got home, and sweating my azz off these things got a little worse. (They did get WAY better after those injections though.) They hurt like no other, and itched really bad today due to the sweating, the one was a bloody mess since I didn't notice right away how hard I was scratching through my pants. Those two in particular are swollen again (took meds when I got home) and feel hot, ugh. The quad one turned into a big, hard lump (haha yeah) and it feels like you could cut out a baseball sized chunk of whatever the hell is in there. I assume the hardness is fluid buildup which is making them hurt because they're so tight. So I'm popping 50g Benedryl a shot, not sure what else I can do at this point, and hoping the swelling goes down tomorrow. I shouldn't have to be at work tomorrow for longer than a couple hours. The quad one is making my knee hurt so I'm thinking I can just do a bench day for the next workout.

And now you must suffer through pics of my zombie bites!

    swollen ankle

    it itches!

    pain in my quad!

I know that feel, I now find myself practically diving on the ground and covering up like an armadillo when I'm outside and a piece of fuzz brushes my arm, I am very scared of yellow jackets now!

Thanks Lex, I've taken a whole box of Benedril in the last week, I think I may be immuned to Benedril at this point. :/

Ugh, just got up from a 4 hour nap, I keep taking 50g of Benedril but I don't know if it's doing anything other than making me sleep all the time. The swelling has gone down yes, and overall the stings are better than they were last week, but this one on my lower leg/ankle actually seems worse. There are actually TWO stings in that area so I got a double shot of poison there. That area of my leg is all hard and it kinda feels like someone poured wax on it, looks awful.

I'm not really sure what I can do, UC said go to the ER if it gets so bad I break out into hives (wtf does that even mean?) but I don't have that so I don't think they would be able to do anything if I went there. (Also don't want to wait around for 4hrs and get an $800 bill.) I don't want my leg to get infected either. These stupid normal doctors offices (like regular docs I go to for general stuff) don't have open apts so it would be pointless to schedule something for 2 weeks from now - either I'll be fine or my leg will fall off by that point. According to WebMD, lol yeah don't yell at me guys for resorting to that, if it does get infected you'd get pretty sick so you'd know. Sigh, I don't know, I can't believe how bad the one looks after a whole week, I can't keep taking Benedril 24/7 because it makes me sleep all the time. How long will this take to go away? I don't want my leg all jacked up for weeks on end.

    What do Ham, what do?!

Hmmm maybe I'll txt today's horrific leg pic of terror to Swoosh MD, oh lucky her.

Planning on lifting in a bit here, trying to shake off the Benedril haze lol.
