Hi all, so I decided to star living a healthy life, I had chest like this since puberty I think, I was a fat kid all the time....
So I just want to know is this gyno or just fat ? Nipples are soft, nothing is hard under them, but as you can see i have a lot of fat on my stomach too... Please respond, and sorry for bad english

I suggest one thing man.
Go to 7-8% bodyfat and build some muscle.
Post pictures here again and you'll know if it's fat or not.
When you see a six pack (Clear definition one), and still have bad fat on the chest, then only see a doctor.
But most properly at that time, you'll not have that bad chest it'll fade away.
I have worst chest than you and I'm doing the same. Wait for me in 12 weeks time.

For me the most important is calorie deficit.
Lowering carbs help you lose a lot of water weight.
I'm on PSMF diet, it's hard, but it's the fastest one for fat loss.
Best to count your calories, read the stickies they help you a lot.
Take enough protein, 1g per Lean body mass in pounds and you'll be good to go.
Also, when you build bigger chest muscles then it will disappear.
Lowering carb is all the rage now.
I lost weight on all diets, been dieting for +8 months to lose +60lb, still 20lb to go.
Tried keto and all others.
Any diet you choose, without calorie deficit you won't lose a gram (Except water, if you don't eat carbs, but we all want to lose fat right?)
Water drop fast, but it will stop after you drop large amount of it.
