I'm relatively new to working out. I would consider myself in decent shape . I'm about 5'9 - 5'10 170 lbs... I still have that stubborn lower belly fat but overall I'd like to gain a few lbs of muscle as well..
What do you guys think?

Here's what my diet looks like. Anything you would recommend changing?
Breakfast
1 large glass OJ
2 pieces of whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
1 bannana
Multi-Vitamin + Fish Oil
Approx 2-3 hours later
1 whey protein shake (with skim milk)
lunch:
1 can tuna
2 pieces whole wheat toast
1 low fat yogurt
post workout:
whey protein shake
dinner:
a piece of fish, or chicken
baked brocolli
brown rice
before bed:
1 casein protein shake

You should bulk up. Eat clean as possible to minimize fat gains.
