My lifts went like this.
DB bench flat 55's to 80's for 4
Deadlift from 155 to 300 for 4
Squat from 175 to 275 for 4
weight down 6-7 lbs........feels good man.
natty in 2 months, u mirin progress?

Are you cycling just to have your lifts increase? Why not simply do it the safe and hard way like anyone else? 80lb DB flat bench, regardless of the above posters posting how easy it is, is a good lift for most people, especially at your size. But still, you could have gotten to that point with just a few more months, safely, and doing it right.
Stop cutting corners.
