    Gaba ZMA Tribulus

    Hi Guys,

    I'm new to the site, this is my first post on here.

    I've took ZMA before bed for a while now and was wondering if it's ok to take Gaba, ZMA & Tribulus at the same time?

    what I was planning on taking ZMA & Gaba before bed & Tribulus - Morning, Midday and Before Bed

    Sounds good. Throw in some Phenibut at bed and some yohimbine am and afternoon.

    have you taken Gaba before? I've been recommended to take 5g before bed, would you agree with this, also do you think I would need to start off with a low dosage to test tolerance first?

    What are Phenibut & Yohimbine suppose to do, never heard of them.
