I hear that the scoops and servings are generally quite large and they don't last that long? So im wondering whether to buy another whey or go with a gainer?

As long as your diet/w/o routine/ and sleep is all in check then yes there ok to use, but if u dont eat enough food and take it it will not work. Weight gainers are supposed to be for peaople who cannot get all of there daily calories. At your height and weight if u eat big and lift hard you should be able to pack on some mass!

Ya, they're pretty expensive for the number of servings you get. I make a homemade one as much as possible. But I can't take a blender with me everywhere I go, so I always have a tub of a commercial gainer when I'm bulking. Usually keep a tub in my car at work so I can just mix one when I need to.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, nonsubjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.
