Mondays Lift + 20 min cycle warmup

tuesdays - swimming/surfing
wed - a run or spin class
Thurs Lift + 20 min bike/run warmup

Incline Bench
Side lats
Deadlift
Leg Extentions or Ham Curls
Rows
CG Chinups
Abs
Friday - swimming or surfing
Sat/Sun REST!
