    New program. Thoughts?

    I'm training to be lean and mean.. came up with this somehow and it looked pretty good to me on paper.

    Mondays Lift + 20 min cycle warmup
    ----

    Bench
    Military Press
    Squats
    Calves
    Pullups
    Dips
    Abs

    tuesdays - swimming/surfing

    wed - a run or spin class

    Thurs Lift + 20 min bike/run warmup
    ---

    Incline Bench
    Side lats
    Deadlift
    Leg Extentions or Ham Curls
    Rows
    CG Chinups
    Abs

    Friday - swimming or surfing

    Sat/Sun REST!

    Only 2x a week? Well Im not sure if thats enough, but as far as the overall lifts you look solid.

    My reasoning for 2x a week is that I'll be swimming/surfing 2 other days in the week. That's a pretty good upper body workout in itself. I don't want to overdo it.. make sense?

    Yeah thats fine. Just make sure to eat for your goals. Get protein in every meal.
