red eyes after exercise?

After any form of exercise, mostly weight lifting and basketball, my eyes turn bloodshot red- why is this? I do not wear contact lenses nor do I smoke

i get it when i go heavy on squats. My entire face turns red, including my eyes.

One time my nose bleed a little bit, but that happens when I'm under physical stress sometimes anyways. I dunno what's with the red eyes though.

Happens to me a lot, this is from the pressure of the exercise. You squeeze/contract very hard, dilating your blood vessels and the vessels in your eyes either burst or swell up with blood for a short time. One time after a heavy bench I had a headache, was dizzy, could barely walk, and had the most vampire-like eyes imaginable. Not a spot of white in them, just red like tomato sauce. Crazy **** mayne
