    Question about Pb and Milk

    Are they alright when you are on a cut? cuz i dont too much food to meet my calorie requirement and i dont want to eat turkey day and night

    Yes. I highly recommend milk. Try to go for skim if you can though. And if you eat peanut butter, limit it to like, half a serving. It's too high in calories to eat on a normal cut. Try and make it natural too to limit the sugar and everything else that is added in to normal PB. Good luck on your cut brah.

    I got the all natural Pb from costco and the milk is also organic, but its not skim. Its low fat though.
    And for the peanut butter sandwich its like one sandwich with 1 serving = 200 calorie with 2 slices of whole wheat bread 110 calories each

    Sounds good to me. Props for getting organic milk too. And yeah, low fat is just as good as skim. It's fine. It doesn't really matter as long as it's not whole. Good luck.

    yeah ull be fine. Try natural peanut butter. and milk can be anything u want. just watch out for the carbs in milk but it does have healthy fats.

    and 5 grams of saturated fat if it's whole. Not saying that's bad, but it's not exactly good for a cut. And I'd rather be taking in 8g of protein and 80 calories per cup and even 8g of protein and 120 calories per cup rather than 8g of protein and 150 calories per cup. Great for bulking though.
