That is a LOT of eggs, most of your carbs are in them. Why so many eggs? Meat and cheese! You need to subtract out the fiber carbs, which on your list there are probably only in the celery.

To my knowledge, what you're eating breaks down like this.
11 eggs = 11 carbs
1/4 cup Avocado = 3 carbs
1 tbsp Olive Oil = 0 Carbs
6 Stalks of Celery = 12 Carbs
4 tbsp of Natty Peanut butter = 12 Carbs
So by my calculations you're around 38 carbs for the day give or take. Try replacing some of the higher carb foods with lower carbs meats (chicken, steak, shrimp, fish, etc). This will not only give you more protein and fat, but they are all virtually 0 carbs each.Push yourself as far as you possibly can, and just when you've pushed yourself to your limits, you push it just a little bit more.

yeah, you need to eat some MEAT. this "diet" can be amazing... it never feels like a diet, but your food makes it sound like one.
take advantage of it, while still maintaining that balance of healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.
pretty much all cheese is ok... the only thing i watch out for is like, cheese spreads. most REAL cheese will have 1-2g carb per serving.keto is for lovers.

Just about any deli cheese and Philly ORIGINAL Cream Cheese. My lunch every day while on keto was 1/4 lb lunch meat with 1/4 pound cheese and a salad with high fat blue cheese dressing (or some other green vegie, ie celery with cream cheese, brocolli with 3 pats of butter, etc)
