    how long does it take for biceps and triceps to recover?

    how logn does it take for biceps to recover after back/bicep day, and triceps to recover after chest/tricep day.


    my back/bicep day is this: deadlift, bent over row, pull up, seated row, db row, hammer curl, bb curl (3 sets for each)


    my chest/tricep day is this: incline bench, flat db press, dips, close grip bench, skullcrushers (3 sets for each)

    theres too many variables for someone to tell you over the internet when YOUR arms will recover. Your body should be telling you these things, but I'd ballpark it somewhere around 2-3 days depending on how hard you trained, supps etc.

    ^He is right. However, dont forget to also listen to your body. I'd generally do not work the same muscle again if it was still sore but if after 48 hours and the muscles arent sore anymore then go for it.
