my gym is about 20-25 mins from my house. by the time i get home im either too lazy or just forget to make a protein shake. i would bring it to the gym or leave it in my car there but i like it with milk and it would be hot by the time im done. and im too cheap to spend 4-5$ on a protein shake at the gym haha

I would fill it with cold water or milk and put it in freezer an hour before you leave for gym add the protein then and you will have ice cold shake post workout. I have forgotten to remove from freezer many times and rendered my shaker useless.
