    How many pullupdips are you up to now?

    Also, how dense are your muscles from all those pullupdips?

    The conversions don't work very well IMO. For example the one bodyspace uses undershoots my 1 rep max by at least 10-15lbs and most others I've seen undershoots even more.

    I gave up on the bodyspace thing and I rarely do 1 rep maxes so I just say I lift whatever I can do for 5 reps.

    Its highly likely that the conversions over-shoot for some people and undershoot for others. I guess it just depends on what type of lifting you do.

    Wardog How many at 225 could I get if...

    How many reps at 225 could I theoretically do, if I once (when i was 43) could do one rep at 310 then dropped to 265 and did 8 reps. That same set, after doing * reps at 265, I know I got 14 reps at 245, but I can't remember how many reps I got at 225 (was maxing out) after doing the 14 reps at 245. I had my one-rep best of 330 on a previous day. in that same week.

    At that time I was 43, 175 lbs 5-10 with exceptionally long arms (34 inch sleeves for my dress shirts)

    My actual 1RM is lower than my calculated bench 1RM

    My actual 1RM for squats/deadlifts is usually +50# more than my calculated 1RM

    Calculators = Bull****
