I've been out of it for awhile but I'm going to give it a go and see what happens. I'm about 6'0 and 188lbs. Roughly 17%BF. Just looking to eat a little below maint and see what happens. I workout in the AM M-F...
M - Full Body lift + cycle
T - 45 min Swimming or surf
W - Beach run
Th - Full body lift + cycle
F - Swimming or surf
Wakeup - Presurge + Fruit (carbs)
Workout - Intrabolic
Post - Golden Gains (custom blend once it's done)
Brk - Oatmeal, 1sc XF 2.0 Choco PB, 1% milk, Flax, OJ, Coffee
Lunch - Spinach Chicken Salad or Grilled KFC
Snack - Protein Bar or ?
Dinner - Lean Meat, Brown Rice (or other complex carb), fresh steamed veggies
Bed - ??? Maybe XF 2.0 Shake or ?? I hate cottage cheese.
Any help appreciated!
