I play baseball and the middle of my throwing arm hurts really bad after throwing; it hurts where the pressure point is on the top of my middle arm muscle( right on the opposite side of the elbow) could it be throwers/tennis elbow or something lilke that? how can i prevent it, do i need to strengthen a muscle? i warm up my muscles really good before i throw and i always ice it as soon as im done throwing(i have to cause it hurts so bad).it never hurts when i lift weights, or any other sports related activity(as long as im not throwing anything). any advice?

You're 19, so are you in high school or college? Your school/team should have an athletic trainer. Go see them.

trainer said to just keep doing what im doing(which is keep ice on it as soon as it starts hurting and be sure not to use it while it is sore). but i am sick and tired of just reacting to it after it happens, cause as soon as it is better as soon as i use it for a day its back to hurting. that is why i am wanting to know if there is anything i can do to try to prevent it, instead of just reacting

tendantis. I pitch man, when your a pitcher, or persay any baseball player and start putting serious velocity on the ball, soreness is to be expected. Yet, pain in the bicep mean that your throwing motion is good. Make sure to use the bands pre and post throwing. By the way, where my elbow is hurts for me when i try throwing over 88. So be thankful
