Ok so some mornings I just do not want to use the stove to cook and stuff so I want to make a quick shake for breakfast, I came up with this, let me know if you think it's a goof breakfast for my cut:
12 oz water
1 scoop ON 100% Natty Oats & Whey
1/2 scoop EAS 100% whey
2 liquid egg whites
1 tbsp olive oil
The stats are around 550 cals, 17g fat, 59g carbs, 46g protein
Let me know if there's anything in there that shouldn't be, or if I should add/subtract stuff. Thanks!

I have a before lunch snack that's usually a 2% cheese stick and an apple. Lunch is usually a turkey sandwich with swiss on whole wheat. Another snack which is usually the same as the first one and then dinner is grilled chicken/steak/pork chops with veggies and MAYBE a baked potato with salt and pepper.

As long as you keep it to 2500, assuming your calculator is correct, and spread out your meals decently enough, you WILL lose weight. The foods you mentioned are fine, just space them out correctly and eat the right stuff at the right time. If 2500 doesn't do the trick after a week or so, bump it down some more.

Tons of Broscience ITT!!!
That definetly is not too much for ya on a cutting diet. Being 6'5" means you can eat alot more than all the people saying its too much who are 5'10" or whatever.... I am about your height and I easily put down 700 cal's for breakfast while cutting ATM no problem!
Looks solid and nicely balanced as well.In it for the long haul

when i cut my breakfast shake was this:
500ml Skimmed Milk
1 Scoop Whey Protein
2 Scoops Fine Oats
1 Tbsp of peanut Butter
2 Bananas
1 Tbsp of Honey
5g L-Glutamine
5g BCAA's
5g HMB
Blend it up!
I still eat it everyday now lol cant be arsed to be cooking up some shizz in the mrning and find it easier to drink a shake. Like mentioned it depends on what the rest of your macros are like throughout the day, but this will give you a great start to the day regardless
gd luck
