While I can't say I have, previous threads (which you can find by searching) have stated that while some carb-free alcohol haven't kicked them out of ketosis, it is generally accepted that alcohol slows down fat burning until your system is alcohol free. However, there have been SOME members that still managed to lose fat with a few drinks per week.

As long as you keep it in moderation and don't binge on the stuff, and as long as you can stand a slower rate of fat loss, I don't think it's going to hurt that much.

I think the biggest problem with alcohol and keto, for me at least, is I want to eat everything in sight. I drink pretty often but as long as I have some calories to spare and I'm still losing weight it doesn't affect me too much. It just depends on how much you want to lose and how fast you want to lose it.

I drank once a fortnight sometimes once a week and still managed to lose weight (48 lbs) though I was at about 30% BF and very overweight. I just did shots of vodka/tequila/scotch whatever had no carbs and managed to stay in Ketosis - not a very fun or inexpensive way of drinking, however. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to get to single digit BF or something.

i went to 9 percent last year, maybe a little lower, with a little alcohol every weekend. its easy to get drunk off a couple drinks on keto. stick with straight liquor and diet mixers or check the carb content of your beer.

There are many threads about this very topic. Use the search function, and you will find them.

I drink almost every night. I make sure it fits within my macros, and I don't eat anything fatty while I'm drinking, or directly afterwards. It has never slowed down my fat-loss.
