I believe it has medicinal qualities because i've experienced them first hand (former depression brah) but I hate how society give it a bad look for the sole fact it's illegal.
If there were to be a vote for legalization, would you or not and why?

Science has proven that it without a doubt has legitimate and useful medicinal qualities, how is this a question? It's like saying evolution or global warming isn't based on science.....oh right.....

I don't even care if it has medicinal value or not. Beer and cigs are legal - weed isn't because???? They say it's a "gateway drug" but the only reason it's a gateway drug is because it's illegal. You have to go to the same people that sell the hard-core stuff to get it. If weed was legal, it would be no more of a gateway drug than beer or cigarettes.
edit....and I don't even do it

legalize it! not physically addictive and all in all a victimless crime. tax that chit and make it 21 and over like washington and colorado. not dangerous recreationally and does help out those who are going through chemo and certain psychological disorders

This. And taking it out of the hands of violent drug cartels would be a huge improvement. The same type of stuff was going on during Prohibition of alcohol in the 1920s but with mostly Italian Americans. Killing, racketeering, corruption of law enforcement, etc. Some people just refuse to acknowledge it though.
It definitely seems like time is on our side though. More and more people are supporting legalization or at least decriminalization.

I don't smoke but I say legalize it. Having it illegal is like having alcohol illegal which we did way back in the prohibition days. It actually hurts the economy more than help.
