Havent lost a single pound in the last 3 weeks

Alright guys, I think I hit a plateau I was losing at a great pace 1-1.5 pounds a week I lost 25 pounds (from 205 to 180), and now for the past 3 weeks I have been stuck at 180. Im still eating the same stuff its just I noticed I have not been eating as much I was at 1500 calories a day now id say around 1300-1400 calories. I lift heavy 4 times a week and Cardio 3-4 times a week two of which is tennis for an hour each time, and I also jump rope and have added treadmill (sometimes I even run at the track when the weather is nice out) What could I do to continue losing weight? Is it possible for someones body to just refuse to lose weight after a certain point? Im 5 foot 9 and 180 pounds now im assuming around 20% body fat, so I cant see why my body would refuse to lose more fat. Also, a little on my diet I eat mainly protein low carbs and good amount of good fats. I keep my sugar intake as low as possible I only eat sugars after heavy lifting. As for supplements im taking Multivitamin, Magnesium/calcium/zinc (this ones not really for weight loss or lifting purposes), ZMA, L-carnitine, Optimum nutrition gold standard, B-12s, and N.O supplement.

Thanks any information would be appriciated.

Hey brah I was at the same boat bro I would get to 180 and stop losing weight. I gained 15 pounds and cut again and again this 180 pounds would not budge! I was feeling so sad saying really can't get Below 180 I felt like giving up. I was counting right and lowering cals until I said screw it imma give CKD a try. I been on a 40/40/20 macrounit before but I switch into CKD.... Best decision ever! I love all the fat I'm eating, I
M never hungry anymore and I broke 180. And its not water weight I look leaner and am around 175 now. It broke my plateau. And I'm happy now. Try a different diet it sure helped me

low carb diet needs carb up days. you body will love you for it. same thing happened to me. i added a carb up day once a week where the carbs were high and the fats were low (less than 15g) keep the protein the same.

give it a shot and it will hopefully shock your body and help you break that barrier

Can you be more specific on what CKD is and possibly a link to it. Did you try to increase cardio? Maybe that would help?

Just read up on the CKD diet and wow it seems pretty complicated. Would increasing my cardio or adding a extra day at the gym help me break through the plateau.

pretty much. keep carbs under 15g if you can (fiber doesnt count) so pretty much eat vegetables, protein and healthy fats. then carb up by dropping the fat and overload on carbs

That's pretty much what I already do. I just don't load up on carbs on Friday and Saturday. Would adding carbs during weekends really make a big enough difference?
