I'm 20 years old 6'2'' at 195 pounds fairly tone but want to add muscle, not particularly looking to bulk way up but more like tone up!!! I have my lift routine which seems to work ok for me but I really hate/suck at dieting!!! I'm goin to give it a shot since it seems to b wuts holdin me back, so can any of u guys tell me wut foods r a must to help me reach my goals!!! Thanks, Tyler

boneless skinless chix breasts
turkey burgers
broccoli
asparagus
95% lean beef
all natural almond butter
eggs
cottage cheese
those are staples. aim for about 2400 cals/day if you are an active person. spread these out over 6 meals. eat 200g protein, 90-100g fat and about 150g carbs and youre good.current stack - bio forge/orange triad/WF/Xtend/Isopure/oximega
