    New here!!! Need help with grocery list!!!

    I'm 20 years old 6'2'' at 195 pounds fairly tone but want to add muscle, not particularly looking to bulk way up but more like tone up!!! I have my lift routine which seems to work ok for me but I really hate/suck at dieting!!! I'm goin to give it a shot since it seems to b wuts holdin me back, so can any of u guys tell me wut foods r a must to help me reach my goals!!! Thanks, Tyler

    asparagus

    95% lean beef

    all natural almond butter

    eggs

    cottage cheese

    those are staples. aim for about 2400 cals/day if you are an active person. spread these out over 6 meals. eat 200g protein, 90-100g fat and about 150g carbs and youre good.
