I havn't been around in awhile guys. but I finally just dumped 1.5 hours into the BodySpace thing...so be sure to check out my progress since I've been absent for 5 months.

I've gotta really damn big.....check out my graphs, etc. I put in all the information.

I was at a dead zone for about a 1 month @ 240 LBS..but I finally was able to start my gains again.

Anyhow...anyone who is out there...that is TALL..please give me some feedback. I plan on:

HITTING 255 BY MARCH
DROPPING TO 227 BY MAY

Does this sound realistic?
