my tricep wont grow
any tips or good work outs i can try??

To sum up:
Focus on increasing strength in bench, dips, or CGBP.
My 2 cents:
This does not mean that all of these should be in the same workout (although they could be). For example, for an upper body day you might do 3x5 CGBP and for assistance you could do 5x10 for dips. This is plenty of tricep work if done once every 5 days or so. It sounds like its not much volume, but if you focus on moving up in weight in both of those exercises in those rep ranges, the workouts a couple of weeks from when you start will start to get extremely demanding. Plus, both of those movements have a nice carry over to bench and (less so) military.
