I'm looking for recommendations for supplements and/or vitamins that will help me turn my 4 pack into a 6 pack without losing muscle. I watch my diet pretty strictly, along with working out 5 to 6 days a week. I'd like to really tighten up my lower stomach without losing any muscle weight. I've taken Animal Cuts and have had pretty decent success along with Oxyelite Pro (not at the same time) also with decent success. But neither really got me to "six pack" status.
Any suggestions regarding supplements?
I'm currently drinking Muscle Milk (about two to three a day) along with taking Green Tea Extract.
