I think it would be used as much as the advanced or PH section...I would post in it, but since there is already another area I am afraid it would not be used much.

Sad thing is that this site is not as much about bodybuilding as it used to be, I am guilty of that as well, I do post more on another site pertaining more about bodybuilding, diets training and such.

Not sure if you guys know but even Brian (Batteryrequired) just finished his bb comp and never even thought about posting his results on here. I only knew of it because he is my friend on ********

I will be in Pitts next weekend, some people I know from RX muscle will be competing I am going there as a spectator. I know you know Bill will be competing as well.

Hey Brian, I'm enjoying the time of lifting heavy and eating whatever I feel like these days.
Maybe this winter I'll start cutting some weight and see what gains I have made if any. So, by spring next year I will have a feel for what I'm going to do. Either take it further and compete late spring next year or in 2012. We'll see soon.

I like the idea for an over 35 Contest Prep Section, I like BH have been over at the other site and it is where I have gotten a lot of feedback etc on my contest prep. I think us over 35's have some unique things (aches, Pains, Dodgy metabolisms lol) that do not exist yet for the younger guys. Also until someone diets down to a stage ready leanness there are just things that they can and do not know, regarding such things as rebound etc

there is NOTHING more HUMBLING than dieting down for a NATURAL event.....

humbling and humiliating, in it's own way.....

gives anyone who has done it a completely different perspective towards the sport and the art....
