Hi. I have heard and read all about the advantages of adding BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) to my supplement regime, particularly because it prevents muscle loss and speeds recovery. Through my research I have tried to find any side effects/negative aspects that taking BCAA's can have but have not been able to find much. Is it really true that there are no side effects or am I missing something? Let me know. Thanks.
