i am now using over 600 pounds to squat for workouts and im wondering if a big flat board underneath the squat rack and my feet will be enough to keep my floor safe or if i should find another solution?

I squat 545lbs for a single and i'm a lot fking bigger then you are and i'll guarantee i'm stronger, There is no fking way your going to come on here and convince any of us guys who been in the game for a long time that your squatting over 600lbs in your leg workouts! Not gonna happen man! Post some new pics then, Why would you put pictures of when your 14 on your profile? You've been caught lying bro just admit it!

Well back to the topic the OP asked about.
If you put a board down you will be distributing the weight across more surface area which should help prevent you from falling through the floor. You might want to find out with a stud finder which way the studs run in the floor so you can put the board across the studs.

You're not supposed to add your bodyweight to the weight you're lifting when calculating your eStats.

To answer ur question, I think u will be ok. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT drop the weight for any reason though. Just think I'm sure you have a stove, oven, fridge n freezer all in a little area and that doesn't fall through lol. Or what about if you have a party.. u gonna only let a few ppl in at a time? Not being a smart ass just trying to help convince u to not worry

If you could max 825 you could rep 750 easy! You've been caught man your just burning down the bridge now! And please god do not post a video of you trying to do a 825lb squat, I seriously do not want to see you put yourself into a wheelchair for the rest of your life!

Seriously tho, try not to break your back when attempting to impress the interweb by quarter-squatting 800 lbs.
