I don't think you could really tell in that picture, but I have recently trimmed. Thanks for noticing.

What are your thoughts on Ostarine/SARMs? Think they'll replace anabolics as the new big thing? How do you think they'll work with the ongoing research into myostatin suppression?

the1satanfears, my 2 top ab muscles are not the same size when I tense; the left one is bigger.

Can I do an exercise with which I can work out the smaller (right) muscle individually?

The difference is not big, hardly noticeable, but I notice it.

Early thanks to you brah =)

Dude, if they can inhibit myostatin, then there will be no need for steroids. Myostatin is why some of the food we eat, even when training really hard, goes to build fat rather than muscle. It'd be fiya if they could actually suppress it.

I mean, don't overdo it. You'll want to eat at maintenance or just above. But aim for eating a lot of protein.

That could be a result of how your body is formed. There's not really a way to isolate on half of your middle abs. I have a little bit of the same thing, I think. You won't really notice it later on.

Took a cycle of MDrol/HDrol. Used it to recover from a hip dislocation.

I prefer flat BB, but that's just because it's easy to set up. I have a home gym, and it's much more of a bitch to do incline presses. But I do love incline DB presses.

    Opti-Men is a decent multivitamin.

I probably have like 6 liters of water a day.

True enough, unfortunately it's still a few years away haha. I am still very interested in the research on SARMs, apparently they're quite effective at combating muscle wasting in clinical trials on elderly and terminally ill patients. Would be interesting to see what would happen in higher doses on healthy individuals.

Never heard of it 'til Airchair mentioned it
